Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Paypal only. When you place your order, you will be re-directed to the Paypal payment page. When you have completed that process, click 'Finish' to return to our shop page and then finish again to leave the site. When that happens you will receive a confirmation email.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the unlikely event of an upward change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling
We will post all our DVDs’ and videos worldwide and postage and packaging is charged according to which country the DVD’s or Videos are being sent. This is worked out automatically and is clearly stated on the final cart invoice for you to check before confirming payment. If you are ordering multiple units and think you may qualify for a postage discount, then please email us.

Delivery Schedule
Most items will be dispatched within 48 hours of the order being placed. Our standard delivery option is provided by Royal Mail / Parcel Force, and takes 2-5 working days within UK Mainland. In the event of a delay you will be informed by email, but please accept that at the busiest times delivery may take up to 28 days, during which you may cancel your order at any time.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. Customers have the right to cancel their order up to 7 days following receipt of goods by advising us in writing (by post or e-mail). In this eventuality the goods will need to be returned to our storage facility the address of which is supplied with the goods. Once we have received confirmation of receipt of goods received undamaged and in the same condition as sent we will credit the customer's credit or debit card with the price of the goods within 30 days beginning with the day on which notice of cancellation was given. The cost of returning the goods will be the customer's responsibility. All postage costs are non-refundable including the initial costs of sending the item(s).

Privacy Policy
Rally TV does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.
